Worked at Aviva in Pensions for over 27 years and most recently as a Auto-Enrolment Services Consultant to support advisors and employers to successfully on-board and install auto-enrolment into their workplace.  

Decided in May 2014 to set up my own company called East Point Pension Solutions Limited (Registered in England Number 9058594) to help employers with auto-enrolment and comply with the regulations.  

  • Producing comprehensive project plans tailored to the staging date and specific needs of the employer.
  • Producing full assessments of the workforce and developing tailored communications to use.
  • Helping employers understand the critical processes required to remain compliant, thereby avoiding the risk of regulatory fines. I also help them to ensure these do not damage existing payroll processes and timescales.
  • I offer a menu of services designed to enable me to tailor my services to employer’s particular needs.
  • Helping employers stay focused on their business without the distractions of introducing this complex legislation.



Hobbies and Interests

  • Table Tennis – Chairman of the Suffolk Table Tennis Association and Lowestoft and District Table Tennis Association.
  • Table Tennis - Coach of the Suffolk County Cadet, Waveney Rockets and Benjamin Britten High School Table Tennis Teams.
  • Football - Level 1 Football coach managed the Waveney Puma's from 2006 to 2013 and was also the Social Club Chairman of Waveney FC (the largest junior football club in East Anglia).
